It was a tremendous and exciting journey for Kazi Zashimul Islam. His vision pushed him to reach boundaries of imagination into a reality; so well thought out and to mark his words to give something special to Bangladesh.
His vision outgrew and now focused on future technologies & the automotive industry which he wants to make available to the mass population in Bangladesh.
In early 2020, Baagh Eco Taxi, Eco Motors & Baagh Lithium Batteries was launched to provide environment-friendly vehicles with state-of-the-art technologies such as ultra-low maintenance lithium phosphate battery, efficient motors, solar energy, digital dashboard, safety features, and fast charging capabilities. It was not an easy journey; hurdles and challenges kept him firm and strong which rewarded not only him or Bangladesh but to the whole world a first Eco Taxi (lithium LFP batteries) with innovative solar energy conversion technology to the road.
To achieve his success and appreciate his sheer entrepreneurship, he was awarded the Telepress -TRUB Media Award 2022 hosted by Television Reporters Unity of Bangladesh at Dhaka Club, 12th March. Information and Broadcasting Minister Dr. Hasan Mahmud, Mamtaz Begum, MP, writer Anisul Haque, singer Dinat Jahan Munni, TV journalist Shafiullha Suman, and other honorable guests were present.
